Oxygen employs a set of color and design concepts that is tuned for the usability of different types of icons. Action icons are more subdued and simpler granting greater clarity, while file type icons use both color and content to group similar types. Attention to such details gives Oxygen its usability edge. To ensure target usability levels are achieved, Oxygen is field tested using a revolutionary web based testing system designed by usability experts to aid in the quest for perfecting the icons’ visual metaphors.

ART THAT INNOVATES
Oxgyen is designed and delivered in the industry standard SVG format which can be easily rendered into bitmap formats. This allows Oxygen to be resolution independent while allowing easy modification at runtime. New possibilities simply not possible with traditional bitmap-only approaches open up such as high quality color changes, animations and custom composition enabling new approaches in human computer interaction to come to life.
